50 days for green beans, 70 days for shell beans, 90 days for dry beans. This heirloom bean offers great versatility. Use for fresh production when beans are green, young and tender. Use as a white bean once the pods start to dry down or use as a winter dry bean once the traditional cream and red colors appear. Wonderful flavor for beans and greens, winter soups and chili. Yields can be exceptional.
